Attainment

We were delighted with last year’s KS2 outcomes in SATs tests and the writing teacher’s assessments.

Children’s attainment was close to national averages. The biggest achievement was in writing and maths, where the number of children achieving at greater depth was above national averages.

 

This page gives you a summary of the attainment of our pupils at the end of Key Stage 2 (at age 11 years).  These are our most recent results for the academic year ending July 2018.  These are provisional results – final information about school assessments will be published in government performance tables in December.

 

The table shows the percentage of children reaching the expected standard in National Curriculum tests and assessments in English and mathematics at the end of Year 6.

Pupil Progress

We are delighted that our children made better progress than children nationally last year- this is a huge achievement!

 

This page gives you a summary of the progress of our pupils at the end of Key Stage 2 (at age 11 years), from the end of KS1 (Year Two)  These are our most recent results for the academic year ending July 2018.  These are provisional results – final information about school assessments will be published in government performance tables in December.

The progress measure is around 0: that is, if the number is 0 that means children have made expected progress. If it is below, it means that they have made less than expected progress, and above means more than expected progress.

 

This table shows a further improvement on last year’s outcomes.

As you can see from the table below, children made much better than expected progress in writing, and better than expected progress in reading and in maths.
